Spearheaded the modernization of a legacy system, transitioning it from outdated infrastructure to a cutting-edge platform using PHP, PostgreSQL, AJAX, and JavaScript. Conceptualized and developed a comprehensive internal management system for the university, streamlining operations related to student registrations, role management, grade validation, and submission of government validation documents. I enjoyed helping users worldwide while working at an international company, where I was responsible for managing the ticketing system and overseeing the IT department. Additionally, I initiated a project to improve our quality department's processes. I developed a Quality System that required taking photos and documenting evidence of products before they were shipped, including logos and specific parts of the final product. This new system was implemented company-wide (Baja California - Montebello) and successfully reduced the number of returns and lost packages.
